The hotel was beautifully renovated, with clean and spacious rooms that were very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit.

More comfortable seating near the pool would be nice.

The staff displayed friendliness and effectiveness, particularly in assisting with my business needs at the business center. The overflow parking adjacent to the hotel was a significant convenience.

The elevator was slow during peak hours.

i've stayed in virginia beach before, and this time, red collection truly exceeded my expectations. the room was clean and beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. i loved the proximity to the beach and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep.

Oh, buddy! You gotta hit up Maple Tree Pancake House for a breakfast feast that’ll knock your socks off! It’s close enough to roll out of bed and be munchin’ pancakes in no time. Also, the beach is right there—perfect for catching some rays! The room size was pretty sweet, and that bed? Pure clouds, my friend.

The suite I stayed in was as spacious as a small studio apartment, complete with a microwave, fridge, and a sofa that felt inviting after a long day at the beach. The varied breakfast spread was a delightful surprise—the waffle maker was a hit, delivering golden, crispy waffles that made mornings feel like a festival. And best of all, the location was a mere stone's throw from the sandy shores, which meant I could practically smell the ocean from my room.

Loved the spacious room and how close we were to the beach! Perfect for our family getaway, and we barely had to move the car for activities.

But dearie, finding old potato chips in the sofa bed was a laugh! And three towels for four of us? Talk about a towel emergency!

The location is great, just a short walk away from the beach and plenty of dining options nearby. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated, and I appreciated having a decent variety during breakfast. I was disappointed with the dirty carpets that quickly turned my kid's feet black and the fact that we had to wait until 4 PM to check in, which felt a bit too late after arriving early in the morning.

Had a good time with a family in a spacious suite that included 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It also had a microwave, refrigerator, and a flatscreen TV. The access to the fitness center was nice and the location was super close to the beach, just a few minutes away.

If you’re hunting for sweet rolls and good eats, you gotta hit up King of the Sea just down the block – their seafood hits the spot! The Maple Tree Pancake House serves up some killer stacks, just a hop away. Plus, the rooms are spacious and super clean; I felt right at home the whole five days. Breakfast was stocked, and the lady running it kept everything fresh and tidy!

Just a heads up though, housekeeping could’ve been a bit more frequent. Still, everything shined bright and kept me comfy throughout my stay!
